Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Cruise Magic (“Cruise Magic,” “we,” “us”). They govern getcruisemagic.com and the activity-alert service.

By submitting your email or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Cruise Magic watches selected Disney Cruise Line activities on a sailing you identify and texts you when availability appears to open. We keep looking until your sail date, or until you ask us to stop.

If an activity opens, sells out, and opens again, you may get another text. That is a new opening, not a repeat of the same one sitting there.

The service is alerts only. We do not book, change, or cancel activities for you. You book in Disney’s own website or app. First come, first served.

We do not guarantee that anything will open, that an alert will arrive in time for you to book, or that Disney will let you complete a reservation.

2. Not an app license

This is not a downloadable app. You may use the website and alert service for your personal, non-commercial cruise planning. You may not copy, resell, or wrap our service as your own product.

3. Disney account and Friends & Family

To use the service you must:

  • Use the same email that is on your Disney / My Disney Experience / Disney Cruise Line account
  • Accept an official Friends & Family invitation sent from our Disney account
  • Give us the reservation details needed to watch that sailing

Accepting the invite lets us see that your account is connected to ours and look up availability for the reservation you add.

It does not let us see your password, payment cards, or login, charge your Disney account, or book, change, or cancel for you. We never ask for your Disney password.

4. What you must not do

  • Give us a Disney email that is not yours
  • Use the service for someone else’s reservation without their permission
  • Abuse alerts, resell access, or try to break the service
  • Suggest Cruise Magic is Disney or is endorsed by Disney

5. Alerts and your phone

If you give us a mobile number, you agree to receive SMS about your watches and account issues. Message and data rates may apply. Email us to stop texts and we will remove the watch.

6. No guarantee

Disney controls inventory, booking windows, and whether a Friends & Family connection works. An opening can close before you book. Cruise Magic is a helper, not a promise of a cabana, Rainforest Pass, Royal Gathering, or dining reservation.

7. Changes to the service

The service may be interrupted, changed, or stopped. Features (including paid plans or booking help) may be added or removed. We will post updated Terms when that happens.

8. Fees and refunds

Prices at checkout are: $14.99 for one activity, $24.99 for two, $29.99 for three or more. The amount shown in the payment step is what you are charged.

Payment is for the watch on that sailing, not for a successful booking. We do not book for you.

If the Friends & Family invite is never accepted, email us. We can refund that payment if we have not already been watching the reservation. After we are connected and watching, fees are generally not refunded because the work has started. We may refund at our discretion if the service clearly failed on our side.

We will not charge your card without a checkout step you complete.

9. Your information

We collect what you give us (email, phone, reservation details, watch list) so we can send the Disney invite, watch that sailing, and text you. We do not sell that list. Email us to be removed and we will drop the watch and the Friends & Family connection on our side as soon as we reasonably can. You can also remove Cruise Magic from your own Disney Friends & Family list.

10. Not affiliated with Disney

Cruise Magic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Disney Cruise Line, or their affiliates. Disney names and products are their trademarks.

11. Availability of the service

The service depends on systems we do not control, including Disney’s. We may pause watches for maintenance, errors, or abuse.

12. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

13. Limit of liability

To the full extent allowed by law, Cruise Magic is not liable for missed activities, sold-out experiences, failed bookings, delayed texts, Disney decisions, or travel costs. If a court finds us liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that sailing.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
